Base: The Blyth Academy, Chase Farm Drive, Blyth, NE24 4JP

Scale: SCP 14-19 (Subject to job evaluation)
Salary: £22,462 – £24,799 (FTE, Salary to be pro rata)
Contract: Temporary until 01/04/2021
Closing Date: 2nd March 2020

Northern Education Trust The Blyth Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and driven Personalised Development Centre Manager. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills to support students and parents in crisis, liaise with external agencies, deliver courses to students and maintain effective and supportive mentoring whilst supporting and tracking student attendance, progress and behaviour.

The Blyth Academy is a mixed, 11-18 academy of around 800 students.
